Service Agreement Contract
This Agreement is made effective as of the date signed by both parties.

Scope of Services
ICT Service BD agrees to provide the following services to the Client:
Network Management
Installation, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
Server Management
24/7 monitoring, maintenance, and management of servers including regular updates, security patches, and performance optimization.
Help Desk Support
Provision of help desk support for end-users during business hours (9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Sunday to Thursday).
Cybersecurity
Implementation and management of security measures including firewalls, antivirus, intrusion detection, and regular security audits.
Payment Terms
Service Fees
The Client agrees to pay a monthly service fee of BDT 25,000. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.
Payment Schedule
Invoices will be issued on the 25th of the preceding month. Late payments will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge.
Additional Services
Services beyond the scope of this agreement will be billed at the standard hourly rate of BDT 1,500/hour.
Term and Termination
Agreement Term
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue for a period of twelve (12) months, unless terminated earlier as provided herein.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. In case of material breach, the non-breaching party may terminate immediately.
